Louise Curtis
Dr. Louise Curtis moved to Colorado in 2023, after residing in New Jersey for 2 years. Originally from England, Dr Curtis graduated from the Royal Veterinary College, London, in 2016.
Since then, she has been practicing veterinary medicine in a variety of settings. Dr. Curtis has a vast range of experience in the veterinary field, and has utilized her skills all over the world, including in Africa and India.
Dr. Curtis is passionate about all aspects of veterinary medicine, with a specific interest in surgery and pain management. She is always striving to stay up to date with the newest data, to provide the most comprehensive care. She prioritizes animal welfare, with a particular focus on owner education to improve the health of their pets. Dr. Curtis is able to provide high quality medical care to a wide range of patients, from cats and dogs, to rabbits and many more!
When not at Alpine Hospital for Animals, Dr. Curtis can be found dancing, hiking, or travelling for a new adventure. When at home, she enjoys cooking, wine tasting, reading and caring for her many house plants. It has been long-time dream of Dr. Curtis’ to live by the Colorado mountains, and she is so happy to finally be here as of summer of 2023!
